Thank you very much for submitting a complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward in the case.

Was this your first ever deposit into casino? Isn't the payment on the screenshot supposed to be sent on 15th of November? Some payments, not just in casinos are not processed during weekend so I would definitely recommend you to wait for a working day for the money to arrive on your casino account.
