i am not able to withdraw my wins event though i did lost a lot here,now i have 9000$ in my balance and even though i succeed all my verification process,they tell me that your 2 banks policies reject our payment,i called my bank and they said there was not a single try and not a single reject,i also made a deposit from my usdt wallet but they said all my winnings was from credit card so i can only withdraw to bank account,its already 5 days i am receiving payment rejected ,as you can see in screenshot they told your bank rejected payment,but bank says they didnt received anything

Allow me to ask you a few questions so I better understand the situation. Did the casino offer any alternatives for you to withdraw your winnings, other than a bank transfer? Did the casino explain the reason that was given to them by your bank when your most recent attempts were rejected?

thank you very much for your respons,i did deposit with usdt wallet too,but they said my winnings were from my credit card so they cannot withdraw to my crypto wallet ,now they said they will try to send me money manually ,i hope that's true,now my account was disable ,they said after i get my money they will reopen it🙂,i hope it will work ,because casino overall is very good, except this moment with withdraw

Also i called the bank they said they dont see any attempts of deposit ,i asked if they can give me a document thats shows it ,but sadly they dont have that type of aprovement ,maybe it was canceled from 3rd bank , i dont really know

its been 5 days and nothing happens, i asked them and they say they will do it as soon as possible,but i am a bit worried, if it is possible to help me to speed up the process i will be so grateful🙂

also i am not able to play because account is blocked till i get money)
