So basically I asked to self excluded from their casino. And they didn’t. And delayed the reply till I caved in and deposited 50 dollars more. Then they processed my self exclusion. And said they ll help me get my deposit back. Then agent said nope. I am closing your account. And I gave you a reference number. And then when I emailed them back. They gave me a new reference number. And then they ghosted me. So what am I to do?

I just deposited more money. And asked can I have that back.

i went to the casino site to complain in their chat support. They finally excluded me. And said they ll help me with withdrawal. They didnt. They just closed my account.



I had to go back to site chat support to complain. And they gave me a run around and a few reference numbers.



I have a bigger issues now. I realized they own multiple site.


I banned myself wayyyyy back from

and now oshi


and somehow. Just a few days later


I managed to make an account with

WantedWin


I thought their sites know that once I am banned from one. That I shouldn’t be able to make an account anywhere else
