I was playing vivo live casino BJ at Olympus bet. I was playing two hands. One was for $200 and the other was for $100. Before round 1697402066870 I got an error message saying that not all my bets were accepted (I forget the exact phrasing). My $200 bet was rejected but my $100 bet was accepted, which I won. I took a screenshot of this hand, showing that I won and only one place had bets.

I also have a screenshot of the history of the hand before showing my balance was $700.

When I tried to take a pic of the history of the round where my bets were rejected I get an error.

Olympus bet has there own bet id's that are different from vivo, but the bet starting in 4808 is the same hand as round 1697402066870. And you can see in the history it shows I bet $300 and lost $100, because they are saying I lost my $200 bet that was rejected.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Do I understand it correctly that the bet of 200 has gone through and it was a losing bet after all? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Based on the screenshots you provided, I can't really see any anomaly or technical issue as all the bets are visible in the history.

My account wasn't verified because they didn't ask me to yet.

I received an email from them today saying that the checked all of the records and there aren't any issues. Which is not true and they expect me to just take there word for it, while I have proof.

The easiest way that I can explain this is the live casino bet Id (seen at the bottom of the screenshot showing the dealer) 1697402066870 is the SAME HAND as the Olympus bet Id of 4808a79c-669a-11ee-8243-42010a9c003a.

As you can see on the screenshot of the actual gameplay I won (100 stake plus 100 win =200 into my account) but what Olympus is showing (in the screenshot of the history) is that I wagered $300 and had a net position of -$100. On the same hand!!!

How is this possible? I will tell you. Prior to the game starting I received an error message that some of my bets were rejected. It was the $200 bet, so the game proceeded with only my $100 bet (which I won) but what would happen if my $200 bet wasn't refunded and I won my $100 bet, that would mean I would have a net position of -$100. Which proves they didn't credit my rejected $200 back.

This is not difficult. I have all the screenshots and the history showing it.

Can you please clarify how do you know it is the same bet? According to the screenshot showing the game your bet amount was 100 which is different from the history.

I know. That's where the discrepancy is. I placed one bet of $200 and one bet of $100. The $200 was rejected. There is a very simple solution.

Ask them what their history shows for that particular game. They will tell you I lost $200, even though you can see by the pic I actually won $100, but in their systems it shows that I lost because the rejected bet wasn't credited back.

Hello Confusingseeker,

If the error occurred during the bet, it probably went trough anyway you just did not see it due the issue. However, you and the casino has the same betting history as it comes directly from the game provider so it would not make any difference. Unfortunately it is still impossible to determine whether you even did bet that $200 as the history is not showing the total balance before and after so the screenshots are not entirely relevant and not enough proof to proceed in resolving the case.

You didn't help me with this. You did no investigating. I immediately saw that the $200 was not credited back. I have screenshots of the history and gameplay showing the discrepancy and all you've done is miss the deadlines you have given and done no research.

I'm sorry but you must understand that we can't investigate something without any relevant evidence. Unless we have an evidence from the player, the casino can basically claim anything and we would have nothing to argue with.

I gave you all the evidence you need. Screenshots of actual gameplay. One history log showing one thing and another history log showing another. How much more do you need?

It literally proves they have not credited back the rejected bet.

Hello Confusingseeker,

It would be necessary to see your total balance before and after the bets as well as this way we can't tell if the bet was refunded to you or not. Based on the screenshots you provided at 20:36 at the table you had a balance of $400 while at your betting history, your account balance is $500 while both bets after 20:36 were stated as losing. How is it possible then that the balance increased even if both bets were counted as loss?
