Hey Thanks for you replay my Documents was reviewed on the 19 th and on the same day I was able to withdraw 500 euro but they are still pending so no payment yet? I can’t withdraw more than 500 each time and I can’t make a new withdraw before the first one is paid. And even that is strange comparing other casinos were you get your money instant. Ohmyzino promise fast withdraws this is the slowest I’ve seen ever.
Hey I recieved 500 euro but decided to play up the rest of the money since it's to much work to get the payments. However, do I have your permission to change the disputed amount from €6,000 to €500 and mark this case as resolved since your received your first requested withdrawal?
