The player from Germany has been waiting for her withdrawal for a week prior to submitting this complaint. The withdrawal has been pending since. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I've been waiting for the payout for over a week, meanwhile I've written to support 3 times and was only put off waiting.
