On September 11th, 2024, at 10:21:46 AM UTC, we blocked the account associated with ID 4608068527 due to the discovery of an additional account on our platform, which violates our Terms of Service.


We have communicated this decision to Amit on multiple occasions (September 11, 12, 14, and 16).


Here is the content of the communication that was sent from our end:

However, after careful review, we have decided to keep the one account that is already fully verified – 916267****10.
Your remaining balance has kindly been transferred to your active account.​

As mentioned, Amit can continue using our platform through his verified account associated with the phone number 916267****10, and his balance of 7294.31 INR has been successfully transferred to that account.
