I had winnings of £65000 in my account then casino decided players from U.K. were not accepted and took the lot from me. I won the amount well before they banned U.K. players. They do not respond to any email and the phone number is fake.

I joined casino November 2020. I had to verify by sending selfie of me holding my passport. 1st winning payout of £5k was processed and in my bank the next day. I played some more, always the same love roulette, never used any bonuses, and won some more so requested £3.5k. Took 4 weeks to process. Still played and boosted my winning pot to £70k. Requested £5k beginning of January just after £3.5k was received- took approx 6 weeks for them to process the 3rd withdrawal, leaving balance of £65k. Then I couldn’t access website, they said regulations had changed and U.K. players were not accepted. I asked to see this change, they provided nothing. Then they reduced my balance to £0. Since then they’ve ignored all communication from me. I even offered to accept a 1 off reduced settlement of £50k , but again, no response
