I requested a withdrawal of €2,500 from Ocean Breeze 3 months ago. To date I have not received any money. I've contacted support several times. Every time I could only be put off and I was told that the payout is still being checked. How can I proceed now?

ich habe vor 3 Monaten eine Auszahlung über 2.500€ bei Ocean Breeze beantragt. Bis heute ist kein Geld bei mir eingegangen. Ich habe mehrmals Kontalt mit dem Support aufgenommen. Jedes mal konnte ich nur vertröstet werden und mir wurde gesagt, dass die Auszahlung noch überprüft wird. Wie kann ich nun weiter vorgehen?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost three months is unusually long time.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I verified the account and then the withdrawal via bank transfer was requested. The money is still on the website with an open withdrawal.
