I submitted a withdrawal request on 31st jan 21 for £1010. Its showing as 'awaiting ' meaning its not been processed yet as of 8th feb 21. I have fully verified my account and provided all documents for the withdrawal process. I am not getting much response from the casino regarding my withdrawal apart from to be patient. I see some of other users put complaints on here about ocean breeze and I seem to have the same response they received.

I am concerned they want to delay my withdrawal and hope I just give up asking for it.

I requested a bank wire transfer and I wagered the bonus money 50 times as required.

Could u please help me resolve this issue and hopefully assist getting my withdrawal.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem delayed withdrawal. Could you please advise if your withdrawal has been approved already? All the requested withdrawals are being checked manually and if you have activated any promotional offer, the entire bonus session is audited for any terms of use violations. Together with the unfortunate Covid situation around the world, I believe that’s the reason why your withdrawal is taking a little bit longer than typically.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hi, the status is still showing as 'awaiting (pending) I deposited £20 on a 500% bonus and wagered the amount 50 times as per there requirements and won the stated amount during this period. I have provided all relevant documentation to them and my account has been fully verified of which I have correspondence from them stating this. They have since blocked me from visiting the site for unknown reason and my emails to them have always been polite.

I emailed them yesterday and they still confirmed my withdrawal is pending and not yet approved. I am just concerned from other cases on here with the casino that they are going to try prevent me from receiving the funds

I have sent u my withdrawal email I received when I made request for withdrawal for your reference and also one of the latest emails but I have more emails I can provide to show the communication with the casino if required. I also have screen shots of my transaction history with the casino which was taken from there website prior to them blocking my account.

Thanks casino guru for looking into this complaint. Hopefully ocean breeze will reply to this complaint, they usually reply to my emails quickly, however I don't get a great answer to my questions. Ocean breeze also had various sister sites (pokiesway casino ect) and several others they open up on a regular basis, so I hoping they can resolve this as if not i hope this thread will be made public for other potential players to be made aware of the site and others being run alongside ocean breeze.

I could be completely wrong with ocean breeze and they will respond and restore my confidence with them, but if not I think this thread should be made public and I will also contact other casino review sites so players don't lose out on there money. I have deposited £220 with the casino over several months so hopefully they will understand my frustration as I am a regular customer with them, however this has been my 1st withdrawal i have made with them.

Hi, I am guessing ocean breeze will not comment on this thread for the reason they probably haven't with the other complaints of ocean breeze and are reluctant to pay out winnings. Its been 15 days now and my withdrawal status is still showing as pending for process. Is there anything which can be done as this appears to be an organised criminal online scam of which these fraudsters open up regular casinos to get people to take out a 500% welcome package with the intentions from casino they will not pay out. I see so many players from this company having the same issue as me and its so concerning it will keep happening to others. I will look into this company in more dept and liase potentially with Cyprus police and curacao licencing to target this company if I find out this company is fraudulent as a casino, but I just wondered if u have a facility to warn online players about this company.

Hi casino guru, considering ocean breeze have had almost 7 days to respond ibdont think they will bother as expected. My withdrawal is still showing at awaiting (pending for process) basically the only answer I get from the company when I ask for an update is:

When you requested a withdrawal, you received a confirmation email in which you can see the info on the waiting period for withdrawals.

We would like to ask the Ocean Breeze Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Darren, to your question, Casino doesn't have any license so I'm afraid that there is nowhere to complain.

I am not holding my breath I will receive my £220 deposit and I think its very poor they won't give me now my withdrawal of £1010.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
