Ich habe auch schon in anderen Foren gelesen das dieses Problem häufiger auftritt und sich das Casino schwer tut Gewinne auszuzahlen.
Ich weiß jetzt nicht wie ich mich verhalten soll.

I have decided on the bank transfer (transfer) and unfortunately the payout is still pending. As I said, the status in the casino has been in process since then, although I was told that processing takes 7-21 working days (Monday - Friday)
