The player from the Netherlands had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hadn’t been processed yet. Despite the player's KYC having been verified, the casino had not yet approved the withdrawal. We had advised the player to wait for at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. However, due to the player's failure to respond to our messages and questions, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I have requested a withdrawal of 1000 euros on 6 March 2024 . On their website its mentioned that it takes max 48 hrs to process the withdrawal . Its been 6 days already that the request has not been processed . When I have contacted their support their response is general one that you need to wait and have patience . I have attached screenshot of withdrawal date and also their email response .


Also to note that my KYC details were again verified on 27 February and I am fully compliant . They always delay the payment and this time for no reason it has been delayed for more than 6 days


Also I have to withdraw 5000euros but they did not allow to withdraw more than 1000 euros and in that as well they delay the payment . Kindly help me

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Already KYC has been verified last week again( They have asked , I provided and it was approved) i.e. on 27 February 2024 , I have an active account with them for last 2 years. Kindly can you contact them and approve my withdrawal immediately
