The player from Quebec had faced an unexplained account deactivation. Despite three weeks of waiting for an investigation, he had received no updates and his emails were being ignored. The player had an account with the casino for one to two months before it was deactivated. He had used the site solely for sports betting and did not use any bonuses. We explained to the player that our forum dealt with complaints regarding online casinos only and we lacked the insight to handle issues related to sports betting. The player was offered a list of websites that might have been able to help him. However, the player did not respond to our messages and we rejected the complaint.

My account was recently deactivated for no reason provided. I am told an investigation is being made, yet it’s been over 3 weeks, and no updates on my case. Keep contacting the support and they always tell me to be a bit more patient.

in addition, I am being ignored when I send them email.

Hello,

I had an account with them for at least a month or two before my account was suddenly deactivated. I found out about it when trying to login, I got an error saying please contact support. This was in mid November, can’t remember the exact date (around the 20th).

I was only using this site for sports betting which is how I accumulated my account balance.

concerning bonuses, i didn’t use any that they offered.

I understand it must be difficult for you, but unfortunately, we don’t have enough insight to take on this kind of issue if you only focused on sports betting.

Please understand that if you only placed bets on sports betting and your account has been blocked, the casino probably detected activity that requires further investigation. Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we wouldn't be able to interpret the casino's results of the investigation and/or their explanation correctly and judge this case fairly. We don't think that your complaint is unjustified, we just couldn't evaluate the issue properly. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
