Hello,


I deposit 10 euro and got 25 euro in bonus. The wager was then 35 euro x 35 = 1225 euro. I have been playing here for now 6 days and i know my wager is done. I have around (350 euro) on blance now.


Its not possible to know the left of the wager on site, so basically the casino can say wwhatever they want.


I have been trying to contact the chat, support on email and facebook. No answer on anny of this. One time a get an hold of a person on chat, when i ask about the wager she left the chat.


I have been trying to withdrawal the money, but it's got canceled.

It would be realy nice if some of you can help me with this problem.


200 euro its alot for me 😕

Thanks for the reply.

I have now go all the money from the Casino. I said that i was in contact with casinoguru, and then the money was sent the day after. They first said that a had 500 euro left to wager, and then i asked for a transaction of that (because i knew that was not true) then 20 min later, they said it was finish. They also banned me from Chat, i open chat with a different name and email to Even contact them. Dont now How this casino Even got 6/10 rating.
