The player from Finland first experienced issues while depositing and now she is not able to withdraw her balance. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
The casino tried to black out my deposit and does not accept withdrawals. I saved 2x50 € 26.4 which did not immediately reach my casino account, remained in the Skrill account.
However, Skrill sent the money 2x50 € to the casino after 2 days on 28.4. The casino only put 1x50 in my casino account. I had to wait 3.6 degrees until they fixed the error. It wasn’t until I contacted Askgamblers that they put another 50 into my account. However, I am unable to raise this € 50 even though I sent the necessary documents 5 weeks ago. The casino also does not reply to any of my emails and immediately closes the chat when I try to inquire about it. I think this casino would be blacklisted.

Also, do I understand correctly that you cannot request a withdrawal due to incomplete verification?
