i have ask for withdrawel on the 15th januari. I won 2250,- but there was bonus money within. I got a mail that i can 1000,- withdraw. I have sent my documents i got a mail that they are verified but till today it is still pending on my account. I ask for it in the chat but every day they said it comes in a few days. Now it is longer then a month ago i dont believe i get the money.

"If a player's accumulated deposit amount does not exceed €200, players will be entitled only up to X10 last deposit. This maximum payout will be enforced also in cases where the player made additional deposits which were deemed at the sole discretion of the Casino to have been made in order to exceed the €200 accumulated deposit amount."


I would like to emphasize, that according to our Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#win-limits, we consider this rule to be unfair and predatory when it’s applied to a real money game.

Please, could you confirm, that you have accumulated winnings without any active bonus and clarify how much was your last and lifetime cumulative deposits? Ideally, you could forward your "cashier" history to petronela.k@casino.guru.

Thank you very much, Linda, for your email. If you’ve redeemed a bonus worth €15 then your maximum bet allowed shouldn’t be greater than €4,35. Are you aware of placing bets higher than the allowed ones while completing bonus wagering? 

Please do not hesitate to forward your game history if you feel that you’ve been accused mistakenly, otherwise, I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.

Thats right i have played with 5 euro to lost my wagering. The most casinos is 5 euro bet the max for wagering. Then i understand why i dont het the money. But i don t understand why they told me that after more then one month. I got a mail that i can witdraw 1000 statt 2250 and now i can withdraw nothing. Thank you for assistent me. And i don t wanna play at nordi any more.
