On 03/09/2022 I ordered 1100€ and on 03/10/2022 1000€ to be paid out.
so far nothing has happened.
Inquiries are always referred to the "financial department". That takes even more time.
I've played in many and nothing like this has ever happened to me.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account.
