The player from Poland had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, their winnings hadn't been received at that time. The player's account was blocked and withdrawals were rejected 9 days after the withdrawal request. After the player submitted a complaint, the casino unblocked the account and allowed partial withdrawal, but the player claimed that there was still an outstanding balance. The casino then confirmed that the withdrawal of the disputed amount had been processed and paid, and the player confirmed receipt of the funds. However, the player reported that their account was subsequently limited for betting and blocked by the casino.

when I got a VIP account at ninecasino I was automatically excluded from all promotions and my account was limited, previously they accepted withdrawals within 1 day and now they deliberately withhold them and do not reply to emails

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

This is the only information I received on the Livechat (screenshot). My deposit of about €1500 and my winnings of about €3500 from bets were stolen by ninecasino.

Peter, In fact, the account was unblocked and part of the money was able to be withdrawn. exactly PLN 9800 , there is still EUR 1000 missing which was canceled and not returned to the casino account.


some of the money was paid in PLN and some in EURO currency. my canceled money withdrawals in the attached screenshot:


5351 PLN

3186 PLN

200 EUR (860 PLN)

1042 EURO (4480 PLN)


total PLN 8530 and EUR 1242(that is PLN 5340)

8530 + 5340 = 13870 PLN(polish zloty)

and I was allowed to withdraw money only PLN 9,800

There is still PLN 4,030 left to be refunded by ninecasino

Piotr thanks me for intervening in my case, I managed to withdraw the money, I have already received it. Unfortunately, the account was limited for betting and blocked by ninecasino. Apparently, this casino does not like it when someone starts fighting for their money and prevents you from playing after winning at the casino!
