Hi I have a problem with one of your partners and I don't know where to get help anymore from. since last Monday evrithing was perfect I could withdraw funds from nine casino. Last Monday I wanted to request a withdrawal from ninecasino, didn't worked I waited as been told. I've been contacted to try again. Witch i did. I'm keep trying 2 times a day to withdraw and i don't get any answer back just withdraw been declined by the system. I tried all the withdraw methods. I keep waiting my account been verified basically I did evrithing and the agents keep telling I will be contacted by the payment department I have been contacted I told them and still they saying to wait but wait for what? Its symple payment declined 50 times. Don't worry keep waiting. That's same answer what I get and no solution i mention before when this was working. I been asked for swift/bic + IBan now I'm asked for only iban. Also skrill didn't worked nettler or crypto. Any help please?

Nobody seems to do nothing maybe if its coming from you guys beeing them parteners would actually change something.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Hi kristina. No I didn't Is still in pending. Now I've tried after many cancellations. With crypto withdraw method and is in pending not even approved they saying they need to forward extra checks.

Can we close this case please ? I gave up on that. To much waiting time i spent the funds back in to the casino and will finish with the casino
