The complaint was rejected due to lack of response from the player.

I have won £2736 with Nine Win Casinos and despite multiple chats on line with them (who have all been pleasant) they cannot let me know why there is an issue with my withdrawals - their payment system has cancelled 9 different withdrawal requests despite being told I am fully verified and all my documents they requested are verified.


Their system shows a 4 stage process for withdrawal:


Your request has been accepted - Green Tick

The payout has been approved - Green tick

The Payout has been cancelled by the payment system - Red Cross

Payout processed - Greyed out


I have emailed 7 times to the support team and after the 7th time the payout was cancelled I received an email stating it was sorted only to have two more withdrawals cancelled by them and stating it was still being looked at.


After reading all the reviews I am concerned I will never see my winnings

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
