Waited 5 days sent all my account details that they wanted double what they wanted bank statement s pictures of cards twice said payment approved and 5 days later no money said my bank rejected it talked bank and they said absolutely lying took photos of all conversations with there people said be paid by end of day never was so same next day but told bank rejected it absolutely untrue scammed me for him dreads of pounds and won’t pay me 1000 pound it was 1280 but they took some of

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

Load of lies I was told it would be in Thursday this week then you escalated it to someone else then revived email saying it’s been rejected by my bank and put back in my account spoke tol my bank and they said was a lie wasent pending your thing said waiting to be processed fully verified and agent said that I should get it that day I sent loads more stuff you asked for and it was accepted maybe you think I give up but you don’t no me I will get what iam owed you quick to take my money and wasent botherd about me being verified then I’ve taken photos of all messages you sent I will carry on till my winnings are in my account you might try it with people who give up but I won’t you can’t run a site like you are it’s a joke pay what you owe and weeks to pay out that’s a joke you should be shut down and I won’t stop till you are scammers

Hi Nick no haven’t received yet got a email saying it was being put back into my casino balance with in a few days that was just after I first spoke to you but it’s still showing as approved and being checked and processed by the payment system I sent them everything they asked for two bank statements pictures of my cards and they said fully verified that was before I contacted you still the same thanks for the message Nick much appreciated

filehi Nick just looked in my account and they put the money back in my casino account no point in me trying to withdraw it agian to wait to be told it’s going back in my account agian I’ve given them two different bank accounts pictures of statements and cards there’s nothing else I can do they just don’t want to pay its made me so I’ll all of this just don’t get it totally appreciate all your help I have no other options thank you

Thank you Stefan so much appreciated it’s such a shame because I did like there casino but they have put the funds back into my casino account for no reason I’ve sent them everything they asked for and more just shouldn’t be like this to get my winnings maybe if it gets resolved I will use them agian as long as there’s not these problems I’ve kept everything they sent and asked for there is no reason not to pay thanks again Stefan-really needed your help because wasn’t getting anywhere with them much appreciated
