The player from the United Kingdom had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting that complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. We had advised the player to wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint, as delays could occur due to unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. However, the player had not responded to our subsequent messages, thus we were unable to investigate further. Consequently, the complaint had been rejected.

I played in their casino with my money, won a significant amount of money. Completed the wagering requirements and then tried to withdraw my money. I then was told I needed to pass verification, which is fine. I provided, ID, bank statements, pictures of my bank cards and more. These were then accepted by NineWin with email confirmation that I was approved.


I then went to withdraw again, and got told I couldn't withdraw due to verificaiton - I was linked to go and verify again, I checked this and confirmed with Live chat that I didn't need to verify anything else.


On 30th March, Live Chat explained they had maintenance issues and this would be resolved by Sunday 31st March - sunday 31st problem still persisted, but LiveChat said it would be finished within 6 hours. I have since tried again today, with the problem still continuing and Live chat being very unhelpful.
