hello, I got a win of $500 and i went through the process of back and forward emails with them containing all details that's required for the withdrawal however after 3 days expecting my pay-out to come into my bank i received a notification from my bank that i owed $500 from PayPal. in a panic i rang PayPal and they couldn't see the transaction, and the bank couldn't really help me either I'm so confused. i just got my weekly wage and instantly lost $500 without reason please help.

The casino has not processed anything as far as I’m concerned and haven’t mentioned anything since my money was taken. I’m outraged that This situation has made it difficult for my family knowing we are $500 short for the week

I made the original withdrawal request on the 9th of December it failed on the 12th so they sent me a Manuel withdrawal email, the one in the picture and I replied to that with the details then on the 15th I was charged $500 to PayPal

Quick update my bank is returning the $500 that was taken out now I just have to see if $500 I’m owed is going to come
