Good evening, yesterday I deposited the amount of €20 and I have reached the point where I have fulfilled the conditions of the bonus, I request a withdrawal of the amount of €450 and it cancels my request because they do not receive documents by email. However, on their page the identification does not open to put I also tried the documents from other computers because they say it's my mobile phone. My problem is that at the moment I have 240€ in my account and suddenly in any game it won't let me enter to play since the withdrawal with them is in vain saying in a message in all the games that they are not available in my country.I have one how much in it can't be idle...their answer was that they don't know when my issue will be fixed so I can play again.I find it very unfair since it's not a general problem on their website and it concerns me. Initially, I made a withdrawal request, but for the identification, the documents are accepted through the site and not by email. However, through his page, the documents are not uploaded. It shows a license cancellation message from the computer and mobile phone. I spoke with them today. After no game they wouldn't let me play saying that there is no license for my country. In the chat I had a hard time getting along because they answered with automated answers. A while ago I wanted to close the rest playing it because I think I couldn't figure it out.
