My account is fully authenticated and I're just waiting for the withdrawal to be approved. from the comments I see in your forum I think they will be very late! the withdrawal request has been made via Skrill. I understand that it is early but in a communication I had in the live chat they informed me that it takes 12 hours to complete at the latest because I use an electronic wallet and specifically Skrill. every time I ask them in live chat they say the same things.
