Good evening, I have been waiting for 2 days for my withdrawal to be processed. at the live caht I was informed that it takes 12 hours for the withdrawal to take place. My account is fully authenticated and I're just waiting for the withdrawal to be approved. from the comments I see in your forum I think they will be very late! the withdrawal request has been made via Skrill. I would like you to help me please through your platform I would appreciate it very much. to point out that this is my first withdrawal at this particular casino while I have made 5-6 deposits without any problems.

good morning kristina and thanks for your reply. I understand that it is early but in a communication I had in the live chat they informed me that it takes 12 hours to complete at the latest because I use an electronic wallet and specifically Skrill. every time I ask them in live chat they say the same things.
