The company states that my withdrawal is getting declined by the payment provider. Even in their rules it says that the withdrawal should take place from the same method i deposited that amount, the customer support told me to use other method(with that getting declined too) which makes no sense. Once they tell me use a different method and the other try the same method again and again with the same result

Do I understand correctly you deposited with a bank transfer initially, and later using a bank card and Skrill?

Is the advice to open a new bank account an option for you?
