After registration, the player from Japan had been guaranteed a $20 bonus upon depositing within an hour. Despite making a deposit, the bonus had not been credited and the support team had asked to await their response. The player had provided evidence of meeting the requirements and after some communication, the issue had been resolved with the casino crediting the $20 bonus to the player's account. We had marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

i got an email just after my registration here that if i deposit within an hour extra 20$ bonus will be added to my account


so i did but yet it is added


support said wait till the team replies
