The player's bonus was not granted for unknown reason. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I am a vip player at this sportsbook and casino. I received a promotional email over Christmas saying deposit certain amounts like 50, 100 , 500 and receive free sports bets. I deposited a few times adding up to 120 euros and i never received my free bets, i emailed my vip manager and she seems to not know what promotion this is and i have been going back and fourth on live chat now for 2 days and am being told that a manager is still checking it. It feels like a scam to make players deposit.
