The player from Russia had complained about a delayed withdrawal and subsequently, his account had been blocked and winnings of $83 were cancelled without any reason given. The casino had promised to refund his deposit. The player had played both casino games and sports betting. The casino had responded by stating that the player's account was closed due to suspicions of foul play as per their terms and conditions. The player's deposit had been refunded in full. However, we were unable to assist the player further as his complaint pertained solely to sports betting, an area where we lacked expertise. The complaint was therefore rejected.

casino does not pay out for more than a month, incompetent support staff say that the account is verified, wait a day and the payment will come or wait for your account to check .What there to check is unclear, help say goodbye to this idiotic casino .My deposit was more than 100 dollars and after a week of play decided to leave, they do not give .also they do not confirm my last photo, although before that instantly rejected .in the chat assured that my account is verified and everything .violate their own rules of withdrawal up to 24 hours and in general mock the player .disgusting casino

Greetings, no did not withdraw and on bonuses did not play.after filing a complaint, my account was blocked, winnings of 83 dollars canceled, the reason was not announced to me. promised to give the deposit, but the second day nothing, this is not a casino - this is a real garbage.
