The player from Albania submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings haven’t been obtained up to this day. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I have withdrawn money using Skrill as a withdrawal method, it had been successfully withdrawn before but now they keep declining my withdrawal. The support keeps sending me emails that I can't withdraw with that method and I have to withdraw through a bank, that option is not available to me. I wrote them that information and they just told me to use a different method so I tried cryptocurrency and they still declined. They couldn't provide me with a valid reason as to why I couldn't withdraw with Skrill as I did before.
