Hi Kristina.driving license verified.does not accept any kind of photos or PDFs of recent bills(less than a month) for example.

this is a screenshot of the bill uploaded in PDF and not "accepted". I also tried with photos of bank statements and electricity bills but nothing. and if I am not able to verify my address I would like to know how I can close my credit account I'm playing since I can't proceed with any withdrawals. Hello,


Proof of address must meet the following requirements: 

 

1) It could be a utility bill, bank/credit card statement, tax bill, or any other government-issued residency statement/certificate.

2) A document must be dated no more than 3 months. 


Note: we do not accept screenshots, cell phone bills, medical bills, purchase receipts, or insurance statements.


As we checked the user's doc doesn't include the issue date.
