I deposited $500 on this website and I tried to place bets but they were rejecting.

After I contact support and told the issue I was not happy about not being able to place bets I requested them to refund my money back.

They said you cant withdraw since you need to wager or you can choose to withdraw but there will be 20% fees.

I said why fees since Its your fault since i cant place bets.

Now they say choose 5 mimum bets with 1.30 odds or 20% cut withdrawal.

I refused this since it was not my fault since they limited me.

I have all the screenshot that their website was not allowing me to place bets

They cancel my request to withdraw since they say I need to wager the amount I deposited but they don't let me to wager like single bets they said i need to chose minum 5 selections and odd 1.3 minimum.


I told them that allow me to place single bets why I should choose mimum 5? I have not used any of their bonus.


Here what they said on email

"To proceed, you must select a minimum of five items to place a qualifying bet."
