The player from Norway is dissatisfied with the withdrawal policy. Most of the player's winnings were paid out, and small part was returned to his account. The player then lost the rest of his winnings and stopped responding, therefore we rejected this complaint.

They marked my 225 withdrawal as completed, but i never recieved them. I ask them to givw me the Txid but they dont answear or ignore. I requestd 225 euro to xrp

It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Have you ever made a successful withdrawal before? Could you please clarify when exactly you requested this withdrawal?

Yeah i made a lot of withdrawals before, all take 2-3 days. I requested a 225 Euro and 65 Euro. I got the 65 before the 225 even tho i requested the 65 two days later. They said that the paid the 225 Euro but refuse to give TxiD/Transaction id.

as i checked, they entered wrong Xrp tag, even tho i put the right tag.

They are saying that i put wrong detalis and its my problem even tho i enter the same detalis on all my withdrawals. I copy from binance and paste to their site, im 100% sure. I think they copied another person tag or even sent it to themselfs.

So they added the missed amount to my account but i had to play with it and lost it trying to make it to 100 euro, bcs that the minimum withdrawal. So yeah instead of sending the rest to my wallet they tried to make it hard and make me lose it trying to withdrawal. 🙂

I understand your frustration, but from our point of view, the casino gave you everything that was owed (the vast majority has been paid out and the missing amount credited back to your account), and I am afraid that if you lost the rest of your winnings, there is not much more we can do for you.
