The player had reported confusion about the withdrawal process, stating that the system had initiated the withdrawal, not them. The Complaints Team had extended the response time by 7 days, but the player failed to respond. As a result, we were not able to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

all 3 of my withdrawals for £300 got rejected and i put in all the correct details and when i checked my account it said "system withdrawal"

i have no idea where that money is now and why . i had no problem with my first withdrawal an live chat disconnects me

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
