Hi I deposited £3000 yesterday which has left my bank account I deposited via SEPA on mystake which I have done previously and it worked fine. But the £3000 has never been credited to my account. I have emailed mystake who responded it can take up to 24 hours to go into the account. It’s been 24 hours now and still no money in my account.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
