The player has deposited money into her account, but the funds seem to be lost. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
On 2 Jun they took money from my back balance and did not update my account with the money, it was for 200 USD. I have asked them repeatedly for a refund and they keep asking to allow more time, which I have but I don’t believe that they will pay it back other players have been effected with the same issue. My Stake needs to be investigated and held to account on how much money they are stealing and getting away with.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
