The casino had also stated that the account would never be reopened with the current funds in it. The player had also been banned from the casino's live chat. We had attempted to gather further information, however, since the player's activities were related to sports betting, outside of our jurisdiction, we had been unable to resolve the issue.

Hello, this casino is a total scam, they let you deposit and then they don't let you withdraw, it was completely verified, they asked me for selfie videos and photos of my card with which I provided them, the problem came when they told me that I could now withdraw no problems, then I tried to withdraw and they blocked me for no reason and told me that my account would never be reopened with my funds in it, what a scam mystake casino doesn't even give you reasons why not to pay

Since I registered I verified my account completely, they asked me for video selfies and photos of my credit card and I also sent them to them and they were verified, the last time I spoke with live chat was 1 weeks ago about blocking my withdrawals, after That's why they blocked my account for no apparent reason and my real €12,909 stayed in my account and was never withdrawn because the casino blocked my account when I wanted to withdraw

Do you have any previous communication with the casino regarding the blocking of your account which you can forward to nikolas.b@casino.guru. Did they ever give you any kind of explanation? After forwarding which documents did they block your account - if possible please forward those to my e-mail as well.
