The player from Netherlands has registered an account despite his country was listed between restricted ones. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

at casino guru this casino is blocked from the netherlands in their own terms netherlands is blocked too .deposit options are all blocked except neo surf .and further in their terms they state that it is the player own responsibility to abide their own country laws and all that crap .this is very misleiding and unrespectfull towards players who selfexclude themselfs in own countrys .they have no license to offer games or do transactions from the netherlands .i want that this kind of casinos who not support responsible gaming to put a geoblocking software on their sites .for all dutch players avoid this casino it is illegal and you will get trouble since the ksa is monitering the tranactions .besides if you win a good amount they will not pay you and use the terms against you .

If the casino knows about restricted countries and also knows the player's country of residence, it's not a big issue to enforce this rule.

If the casino allows a player from a restricted country to play because it hasn't implemented this check, it should accept that it was the casino's mistake and pay out all winnings to the player despite the fact that they shouldn't have been allowed to play in the first place, provided that the player hasn't done anything else that's against the rules."

 

Furthermore, the website is not blocked for the Netherlands and there is a possibility to register an account from a restricted country and deposit funds. Could you please advise how much is your active balance now?

i have deposited 1400€ all scammed with manipulated games .i wish i could withdraw but chances to win are very slim .but i have seen couple of complaints about this casino trying to delay the withdrawal of restricted countrys players .i am sure they would do that to me too .that is why i am regursting my deposits back .they are illegaly operating from curacao .a curacao does not count in eutope .if it was a malta casino that would be different .casinos have money to hire lawyers to write the terms that suits the casino at best .i will send in emails in your box

if the turnover of an illegal provider exceeds 15 million euros,the fine is related to the turnover and amounts to 4 percent of that.

if the turnover of the company is not known ,the ksa estimates the amount.if the turnover of the company in question is less than 15 million euros ,the basic fine is 600000 euros

We accept the situation when the casino allows players from restricted countries to open an account and play as long as they don’t use this as an opportunity to cancel player’s legitimate winnings. Simply said – if the casino allows players from restricted countries to deposit and play, they should pay out their winnings as well.

Therefore, I would like to emphasize, that we investigate further and help only those players, whose funds (or winnings) have been confiscated due to being from a restricted country. Nevertheless, it doesn’t seem that this is the case here.

Furthermore, we at Casino.Guru don’t deal with complaints related to licensing regulations and policies. I understand your point, but, sadly, we’re not in a position to help you. We are an independent online casinos database which acts as a mediator resolving players’ disputes. We have no authority to enforce the legality of rules.

i know but the internet is full of the opposite.casinos close acounts after wins from restricted country .since we both dont know what would had happen in case i had won .reading some reviews confirming this .besides all payments are blocked even paysafe from the netherlands and the casino allows via a backdoor to deposit from a restricted country .i find this fraudulent by purpose .the casino must admit they made a mistake and at least setlle an agreement that suits both partys .

i have recieved the refund from beem casino .these guys have the same terms .so it has nothing to do with what state in therms but it is about what kind of people are running the platform.my stake from day 1 refused with out thinking about it .the other casino first reaction was an apologize and stared the refund process.if you talk about casinos then b.c is the best and operated by honest people.
