The player from Italy had been involuntarily logged out from the casino site and received an 'Account card does not exist' message when he tried to log back in. He had about 180 euros in the account. Upon investigation, we discovered that the player had previously closed an account with the casino and opened a new one, violating the casino's terms and conditions that prohibited multiple accounts. The casino had allowed the player to withdraw the last deposited amount of 50 euros and subsequently blocked the account. We agreed with the casino's action due to the player's violation and thus, we rejected the player's complaint.
