Case summary

The player from UK is complaining about unauthorized transactions performed by his son. His son cerated an account in his father's name and used his payment method. Since there was no possible way to prove that the account was truly created by his son, and the casino is no way responsible for this situation we decided to reject this complaint.

Dear Tezza41,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Do I understand correctly that your son used your credit card?

Was the money deducted from your bank account and credited to his casino account? How exactly did you find out that the transactions were made to this casino?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Kristina

Thank you for your reply, Tezza41. Could you please clarify how your son gained access to your card? How do you know how much he won and spent?

I apologize, Tezza41, but we cannot help you here. I am sure you understand that under these conditions it is close to impossible to prove that the account was created and used by your son and not you. The casino is in no way responsible for someone stealing your information and using your funds. Your local police department and the bank should be able to help you.

Please, let me know if there is anything else I could help you with, otherwise, I will be forced to reject this case. Thank you for understanding.

I am sorry, you feel this way, Tezza41, however, I believe I explained simply and clearly why we aren't able to help. I am sure you understand that this wasn't the casino's mistake by any means, therefore we cannot punish it. Not to mention there is no way to prove that it was your son who created this account and played, and not you.

Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified. Sorry we were not able to help you with this one, but please, do not hesitate to contact us in the future, if you run into any issues with this or any other casino and we will try our best to help.
