They wont let me withdraw even after completing the verification. They come with new excuse everytime, like take a video and pronuce your name and stuff even tho i sent all the required info. Im feel like this is a scam. Their support is super rude too. Please help

I sent proof of id, proof of adress ,Selfie with document and then it said verified on the site, but they still keep adding things like video with document even tho they accepted the selfie document and verified it. I read reviews online and they all had the same thing where the casino ask for video and then ignore them. Yes this is my first time withdrawing here.
