The player from Cyprus has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet. We were forced to reject this complaint because the player focused only on sports betting.

Casino mystake.com not paying winnings .

It is my first time ever I play online casino .

And before to do anything the firs of all what I did , I did verified my account with all requirements . And I was good to go play .

After several deposits I manage to win 5800.50 euro in slots .

In that moment when I see I winning in slot I start to record video on my phone , about what happening just as evidence .

I place money for withdrawal , after 7 hours money been in pending state, my withdrawal rejected , I did contact chat support on mystake.com . They told me to send video with ID and write on the paper some requirements , what exactly I did .

After two days I got mail from KYC of mystake.com . That my video verified , but my account is under some investigation which can take up to 6 month.

So since day one when my withdrawal was rejected I start screenshot every conversation with them and keep asking them what is the reason that you tag on me some investigation . They did not tell me a reason . Its been two weeks this problem that I can't withdraw winning .

After all I search reviews on google about casino , and you know thay make me skeptical about , that I ever will be able to got that win.

Thank you . Please help me if there is possibilities .
