I make a deposit 60 I win 500 and I withdraw the amount. After waiting 3 days without any information I contact the live chat it tells me that there is a delay in payments and then every day I contact the chat with persistent comments and complaints that my withdrawal has not been completed , 10 days have passed specifically 7 working days and still nothing I have sent and email and they answer me patience will complete the withdrawal but they never when . At first I was called by a Representative who spoke Greek to offer me a bonus I did not accept , and yesterday I sent him a mail that I have not received my withdrawal and he called me from a mobile phone who belongs to Greek telecommunication company while at first he had called me from a landline in Bulgaria and told me that the withdrawal will be completed on Monday 5/8 at the latest. Please what do you suggest I do? Thank you very much
