The player from United States has tried to redeem a bonus without being successful. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

This casino offers a 400% Tuesday bonus, offered twice per Tuesday. This time I used the bonus successfully the first time and went back to use it again. The EXACT same options were there, with the 400% box showing first and that it was selected. I see this so I decide to make the deposit. My funds were deposited but not the bonus. I start a chat and was told the bonus can only be used once a week. I inform the rep that the bonus was shown on my account and gave a screen shot as proof. He contacts the team in charge and the answer they give is that they show all bonuses so players have a chance to read them over.... they give the option for the bonus, let the bonus get selected, and then let a deposit go through with said bonus, all so players can read them over? No, they are bait and switching players. Allowing them to think they are getting a 400% bonus then when it does not go through, they offer lower 100% bonus. I would not had made the deposit if not for the 400% bonus. This lost me all trust in this casino and it is blatantly obvious they are intentionally tricking customers. I have screen shots of the full conversation with the customer rep as well as the screen shot if the "available" bonus if needed

I understand that it would be ideal to have those offers that are not available hidden from a player, unfortunately, it is technically very difficult to do so.


Sadly, there is not much we can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.
