The player's withdrawal is delayed for over a month. We haven't received any response from the casino regarding the issue nor the updates from the player so we closed the complaint as "unresolved".
I requested my withdrawal on 20.4.22 of £200
I have waited the requested 21 working days and I am getting nowhere in the live chat.
My account is fully verified yet the chat team says it is still waiting additional checks.
I have asked for an update as to when this will be paid out but the chat team just keep replying with it will be soon

Hi, yes this is my first withdrawal and I waged all requirements before making my withdrawal. I have submitted all my documents so my account is fully verified.
They responded to me yesterday saying it will be dealt with "soon" but they also said this last week.

If the verification was complete on 15th of May I would definitely wait until the next week as we usually recommend to wait at least 14 days after finishing the verification for the money to arrive on your account.
If there wouldn't be any update we will definitely intervene.

Hi, it still has not been paid out and they have said yet again it will be dealt with ASAP which is what they have said everytime I’ve contacted them
