I can confirm that my account has been verified and that was about 5 months ago. Withdrawal was declined first time round as they said ID was not sent in when it was. Since having the account verified I have had the withdrawals cancelled twice before this 3rd Withdrawal which is still pending.I deposited £40 and got 400% bonus with a wager requirement if 50X. I had read the terms and conditions before hand so I know I have not breached them, plus they would have taken the money away by now. I hit the wagering requirement so was able to withdraw and I have been waiting ever since. I have now been waiting for €850 since June 2022.The only point of contact you have with the casino is either email or live chat. I have sent emails and they do not reply and live chat just say they have sent a reminder to the finance department and that's all they can do and then cut you off. I last asked for an update to (23/01/2023) and got the same thing again and are asked to be patient it will be dealt with soon.
I am now 8 months in with this casino and had enough I just want my withdrawal done so I can close the account completely.
