I made a withdrawal on 6th oct after depositing several times and wagering through the requirements. I was told 7-21 days. As it drew closer to the 21 days they then told me 21 business days. I should be patient. I shouldn't believe everythin I read on Internet about bad reviews. Told me its with the finance company but they cant speak to them at all to find out about my withdrawal. Its been in a pending status since 6th oct. I now get zero communication from customer services via email. And the live chat just say the same things over and over. Its 3 days until the 21 business days is up so they are going to break their own terms and conditions as it will not be paid by then as if it was it would have been done today as they say it takes 48hrs for payment to hit your bank. Please help me solve this

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Yes account is all verified. Was done so straight away after opening the account in oct. I depostied and got a bonus i then won and wagered it until the funds became my own winnings and not bonus funds anymore i last heard from them today on live chat as no one replied anymore via email. Live chat said i have to be patient. Said it takes 7 to 21 working days which they have said since 48hrs had passed after withdrawl. I told them 21 working days is up on 4th nov but then they told me they cant give me an exact date when it will be done. I have zero faith this will be paid

They have now said the finance team has the right to extend the withdrawal time when ever they please so they have broken their own terms and conditions they just keep saying its in process. Which it probably isnt

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
