Tried to request a withdrawal twice now but one isn’t actually showing on my account and the other was over a week ago for £400. Haven’t been paid which is really bad when they claim their processing time is 24-48 hours. I was also made to verify twice when I’m already fully verified what else do you want? Money is instant to deposit but withdrawal is taking forever! I need my money please.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I spoke to them yesterday they said they don’t have direct contact with the financial department they will put a reminder to them? But it says 24-48 hours as I showed on my screenshots. Now they email saying 7-21 days? Yes I used a bonus- but I completed the ridiculous wagering requirements. It wasn’t my first deposit so I have spent money playing on their site.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
