was Told 28 days been over always getting same reply from live chat be patient doing checks, wrote so many emails didn’t get 1 reply , DONT use this site it’s fake !

Hi sorry my mother is not well so been busy.

basically I won £1500 on mr sloty website it says 48/ 7 days , but After 14 days i Contacted them and was told 28 days after this time has passed we wil take action, so after 28 days stil no not received my winnings. So since then Iv been contacted them like twice in a week and all I’m getting is wait patiently we wil email u. Stil not heard anything no email I requested a manger call back not got that either.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
