The player's account got blocked withouth further explanation. We ended up closing the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply.
So I won 32000 Mr sloty sports book paid me £2000 then £5000, tried to withdraw another 5000 waited 44/days and kept been told was doing checks and waiting for the financial team to complete it then they transferred the money back in my account then let me withdraw 15k was waiting 15 days to get the money then went to log in to my account and was denied they said on live chat that it was a manager decision to close the account and no explanation is there any way I get the money now I spend over 12000 of my own money

Could you please specify since when is your account verified? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current winnings? What payment method did you use to request the withdrawal?

Hi I mostly used my debit card which card mastercard and some bitcoin no I didn't use any bonus and I have been verified about 7 months they have paid me 7k in the past and everything was above board don't understand why they didn't pay out

I tried to get in touch with the casino repeatedly but had no success. Since the casino has no valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. I’m afraid, there is not much that can be done without cooperation from its side. I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach.
